Inventory observation & cut-off testing

Inventory is where many manufacturing and wholesale statements go soft. We attend your physical count, observe counting methods, perform test counts, and check that receiving and shipping documents around year-end land in the correct period.

The engagement usually covers one primary warehouse or plant. Multi-site counts are scheduled as separate days. You provide floor maps, count sheets, and a list of slow-moving or high-value SKUs in advance. After the visit we deliver a short observation memo noting exceptions, recounts, and cut-off samples tested.

This work can stand alone ahead of your own review or feed into our annual financial statement review engagement.
